'Head Chef, Greg Palmer has worked in the catering trade for fifteen years. He studied for three years at Eastbourne Catering College learning the skills from a number of exceptional chefs & restaurateurs both in the UK and abroad, all the while honing his own style & passion in producing the highest quality modern foods, yet not losing his classical roots. Greg is married to Karen.


When not working Greg's pastimes include walking his dog, snooker, eating out & is an accomplished euphonium player.
