Ben Lower, Head Chef is a highly dedicated and professional individual with a flair for producing high quality and imaginative dishes for our discerning clientele. Ben has worked in a number of establishments before joining the team at The Hatch in 2012. Ben is assisted by Mazzie Smith and Nik Peterson.
