Char Grilled Angus Fillet Steak, triple cooked fries, béarnaise sauce & roasted tomatoes

Pan fried Fillet of Sea Bass set on a wild mushroom risotto finished with truffle oil & shaved parmesan

Thai style Green Chicken Curry, infused with galangal, lemon grass, Asian spices & coconut cream, served with fragrant Jasmine rice

Roast tenderloin of Pork, apricot & walnut stuffing, chive creamed potatoes, buttered greens & red wine reduction
