A sharing board of Italian Antipasti, artisan breads, olives & balsamic dip

Chicken Liver Parfait, Melba toasts, junniper berry jelly, dressed leaves

Classic French Onion Soup, Gruyere flute

Baked Fillet of Cornish Mackerel, char grilled ciabatta & rocket pesto 

Roasted Field Mushroom, ratatouille, herb ricotta & dressed leaves 


Main Course-


Char Grilled Rib Eye Steak, triple cooked fries, béarnaise sauce & roasted tomatoes

Pan fried Fillet of Scottish Salmon, cuuried cauliflower & spinach risotto

Pan Fried Chicken Breast, mozzarella & sunblushed tomao roulade, saute potatoes, wild mushrooms & caramalised red onion

Tagine of Pork Fillet, coriander, pepper, pine nut & lemon Cous Cous, mint yoghurt dressing

Fresh Rigatoni, smoked cheese & wild garlic sauce, finished with spinach & watercress

Roast Breast of Duck, served pink, thyme & garlic roasted potatoes with braised red cabbage
