Ollie Lothbrook, Head Chef, is a highly dedicated, professional and talented individual with a flair for producing imaginative dishes for our discerning clientele. Ollie has worked in a number of key establishments before joining the team in April 2019. Ollie is assisted by Mazzie Smith and Pawel Szlazak.
